Role Purpose:

To design, build, test, deploy, and maintain low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, accuracy, and control across business processes.

To apply specialist technical expertise in low code solutions to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions, operating independently with professional judgement while adhering to technology governance, security, and quality standards.

Are you someone who can:

• Design and develop end-to-end low-code solutions aligned to business requirements, using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Translate process documentation and requirements into low code solutions.
• Build reusable workflows, notifications and forms that reduce manual effort and improve control.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment of solutions into production environments.
• Monitor solution performance and address incidents or failures.
• Maintain documentation, configuration, and version control.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, process engineers and technology teams to identify improvement and optimisation opportunities.
• Provide technical input into feasibility assessments and solution design.
• Support continuous improvement of solution and development frameworks and standards.
• Ensure solutions comply with technology governance, security, and risk standards.
• Apply appropriate controls, logging, and exception handling within solutions.
• Support audits, reviews, and control assurance activities.
• Adhere to change‑management requirements.
• Develop canvas or model-driven apps and configure data models, security roles, and business rules where appropriate.
• Apply OCR and intelligent document-processing capabilities to capture, classify, and extract information from documents.
• Explore, implement and integrate AI-enabled solutions, including agents, AI Builder, and relevant Microsoft AI services, within approved governance standards.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:  

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Electronic or Metallurgy), or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in low code solutions, automation, software development, or process engineering roles.
• Experience with low code and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
• Experience in API integration, databases, and workflow development.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience in financial services or banking environment will be an added advantage.
